B52-Z Metabolic resistance training is a full-body workout to increase your heart rate while building strength and endurance, and burning calories...even when you're done! The exercises are scalable to suit nearly any level of fitness and most are done in teams of two, creating both extra motivation and friendly competition!

Class meets Saturday morning at 9 am at StrongFast Fitness, 3015 Genesee Street, in Cheektowaga.
